Settle onto a padded cane chair in the airy dining room under the traditional Balinese thatched roof for breakfast, lunch and dinner, when countless candles flicker amidst the paddies. The rice that accompanies our Balinese cuisine comes straight from these flourishing stalks, while western dishes benefit from the Michelin-starred background of our European chef.
